THIS IS THE FIRST SYSTEM I KNOWINGLY USED FOR GAMBLING!
This strategy will give you the edge on any casino game of roulette, craps, black jack, and baccarat. After working seventeen years in four casinos in Clark County, NV.
I resigned, shortly after I discovered the INOUT PREDICTOR AND THE SAFETIES! At that time I was employed at a major casino in the LAS VEGAS AREA as a supervisor in surveillance. I was making good money but found that using the safeties and the inout predictor with any one of the strategies, I could earn three times that amount, best part usually in about half the time! I highly recommend this strategy for black jack players who absolutely refuse to play any other game.
My favorite play is what I consider the perfect strategy. To save you many headaches, especially if you are new to the game of craps, I will tell you the three things you need to be a professional player or at the very least a better player than over ninety percent of all craps players!
Are you willing to spend a total of about ten hours of study at home to fully learn and prove to yourself that any one of these strategies work and can make cash for you? I recommend DAVE'S DOLLAR STRATEGY for black jack. But especially for craps, because of the inout predictor and the safeties.
I do believe that the safeties in part could be applied to the other games and perhaps even the inout predictor. However, I doubt that I will do the research or the playing time to prove or disprove that theory.
The three things you must have are a strategy, the inout predictor, and the safeties, I suggest the Dave’s Dollar Strategy as the starter. Why this one? It is very easy to play. You could play it and another strategy at the same time. (I do not recommend you do that!) It is easy to prove at home, that will give you the confidence to use it in a casino. Do the dice have eyes? I used to think maybe they did. That was before I discovered the INOUT PREDICTOR AND THE SAFETIES, now I don't even think about it. Safeties are the craps God smiling on his favorite gamblers and giving them his favor! They are similar to an insurance policy, But with this, you only buy them one time, and you can use them forever!

Safeties are indications that are given to you, to save your cash while gambling in a casino on the game of craps. When certain indicators show, on the game of craps the gambler will use the safeties to save his cash/chips.

However, it is a little more difficult than Dave’s. Ernie was one of the first pit bosses that I became close friends with, he taught me this strategy. It requires keeping track and having your next bet figured out as soon as you make the present bet. Other than that, it is also a simple strategy.
THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF BOOKS WRITTEN ON CRAPS! They will explain all of the details and give you some very good insight into the game of craps.
I suggest you read as many books as you can. There is a wealth of information in each one of them; each author has a little different outlook and lot of good reading! I may even write one later. However, as I have said before, you can read, study, and dig through hundreds of pages in most all of those books and you will still come up empty, as far as a step by step way to play the game and win! To be fair I have read very few of those books.
When using the strategies the safeties and the inout predictor together, playing craps, these are the only bets I will consider in my normal every day play! I hardly ever be the don’t side, maybe two or three times a session and sometimes not at all!
The reason is very simple; playing craps for the most part YOU have control of YOUR CASH. All of these bets, except two and those two can pay each other, all others can be taken down and sit safely in YOUR control at any time, when anyone of the safeties or the inout predictor warns YOU to do so!

As every experienced casino craps player can attest to; it is very beneficial to know when a hot streak is about to begin and a cold streak to end or vice versa. The INOUT STRATEGY shows you how to predict percentage wise when those two things are about to happen.

Once we realized what It was I had discovered and accepted the fact that dice do run in cycles; we begin checking tapes and keeping score of certain things that take place just prior to the beginning or ending of a cycle.
There is no way to predict these subtle changes a hundred percent of the time. Nevertheless, over sixty percent does give us a very good edge!
When I first discovered the safeties and was traveling around the USA doing some research and playing craps and poker. At times players on the same table that I am playing on will ask what I am doing when they have noticed my play. When the inout strategy indicated the end of a hot streak, of course I pulled my bets down.
I noticed two players who were watching every move I made! I pulled my bets down even though neither the safeties nor the inout called for that move. I waited until the shooter went out which was three rolls after I had pulled my bets! I went over to the two players and ask them, did you learn anything! One of them ask what I was doing, I told them I was winning, and invited them to have coffee with me.
At that time I was doing live training of one strategy, safeties and the inout for one thousand dollars for up to eight hours of training. It has never taken eight hours, usually around four or five hours. Of course, they thought that was too much, I ask them. The times that I pulled my bets that you noticed, how much would you have saved had you pulled your bets down? I told them I was staying in room XXX and would be either at the craps table or in my room in case they should chance their minds.
Later that night they called and said they had thought about it and decided to take the plunge and so I taught them! They were playing craps I watched for a while and they were doing very well when I left. I am seventy-two and that is why I decided to go to the internet. I do not enjoy playing as much any more.
When we were working on the inout strategy there were several different things we thought would work but none of the others held up in live play. So when this one held up on paper we went to several casinos and made bets based on what we thought was the best indicators.
After five days and a little more than thirty seven hours of casino live play, we were convinced we had the answer of the best way, to predict the events leading up to the hot or cold streaks of the dice. I was never a don't bettor until this was proven and I am still not a big fan of the don't side.
NOTE = thirty-seven hours of testing anything dealing with gambling is just an indicator. Odds are based on thousands or even millions of dice rolls. Our little test is good enough for me; you may want to do more testing.
I know people who spend their lives studying and testing; however, some never do anything with their results. Just call me spontaneous!
At that time, we tested our theory most of the time at Sams Town. For the third time in that session, I pulled my bets down a two rolls before a seven out. For a savings of over $200.00! One of the pit bosses, a man I had worked with years before at another casino, ask me how do you do that. I answered, we have a system and we all laughed, after all every one knows systems do not work! After that we decided we had better call it a day.
The three pull downs mentioned was because of the safeties, not the INOUT STRATEGY! Safeties tell you when to pull your cash down and safely in your rack! The inout strategy tells you when to get completely out of the game and then safely reenter or not when it is safe at least percentage wise to either reenter or leave the game and take a break!
